Bandwidth illustrates the size of data that can be sent from a web server to a visitor's computer hosting websites. To make it easier to understand, imagine your website has 100 visits/100 page views per day and the size of the pages within your website is of 100 KB. Now to find out how much bandwidth you use, it is enough to time the number of visits/page views per month with an average page size of the website. From the examples that I gave above, you use is bandwidth of 300 MB (100 visit x average 100 KB page size website x 30 days).
